http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=527742 Summary: freeradius-server should use a case insensitive comparison when looking for a default login sequence Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Final Platform: Other OS/Version: SLES 10 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Other AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: kburt@novell.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: Customer Services Priority: 500 NTS Support #: 10511624201 freeradius-server-2.1.1-6.1.i586.rpm A login failure can occur when a user is assigned a default NMAS login policy and then the default policy is cleared from that user. The problem is that ConsoleOne and iManager write the "<no default>" value to the sasDefaultLoginSequence attribute differently. iManager writes the string "<no default>" and ConsoleOne writes the string "<No Default>". Freeradius is only able to recognize "<No Default>" string and if it gets "<no default>" it incorrectly tries to use an NMAS sequence called "<no default>". This should be changed to a case-insensitive comparison so that both values work properly. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
