http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=527403 Summary: Can't unlock KDE4 session after screensaver starts Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.1 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.1 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE4 Workspace AssignedTo: kde-maintainers@suse.de ReportedBy: dschr@web.de QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; de; rv:1.9.1.1) Gecko/20090714 SUSE/3.5.1-3.1 Firefox/3.5.1 I'm using pam_fprint for authentication, but I'm not able to unlock the session after the screensaver has started. This occurs from KDE which comes with 11.1 to now (4.3RC3 at the moment). There's no dialog to enter the password or to swipe the finger. The only dialog is "Session locked by XXX" "Authentication failed" with all three buttons inactive. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start KDE screensaver with locking enabled 2.Press any mouse button or any key (to normally get a auth dialog) 3.Wait 'til the authenticatio failed dialg appears 4.Change the vt and kill kscreenlocker -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
