The Dependency issue of "Ignore Some Dependency
issues with nnnnnnnn" is still present and god help any user who selects this
as a way of fixing a dependency issue.
The result of a user selecting this is completely unpredictable and often
results in disaster.
I would strong suggest this option be removed.
If a user selects this option, there is no way of knowing what was removed,
deleted and added to resolve the problem.
If this has been selected and the things become disaster the user has no way of
knowing how to correct the new problem as the recall actions of this option are
not presented to the user to see.
