http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=515851 Summary: Help Text is Poor and needs more substance in a Few Yast Modules Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.1 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.1 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Documentation AssignedTo: ke@novell.com ReportedBy: alpha096@virginbroadband.com.au QAContact: ke@novell.com Found By: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-GB; rv:1.9.0.10) Gecko/2009042700 SUSE/3.0.10-1.1.1 Firefox/3.0.10 Yast>Security and Users>Common Server Certificate - which is an optional Yast Module lack definition and most of all purpose on Help Screen. Its current text of the following is far far too vague. QUOTE The Common Server Certificate will be used by other YaST modules. This certificate can be exchanged by importing a certificate from a file. Certificates can be written to a file using Export to File in section Certificate in the CA Management module. Certificates to import from disk must have been written in PKCS12 format with CA chain. UNQUOTE Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open Yast>Security and Users>Common Server Certificate 2.Hit F1 or Help Button 3.This is an optional module that is only included in Yast by deliberate selection Expected Results: The Help information is basically sound, however it lack sufficient depth to explain just what this implication is. After installing a certificate I can see no functional change to any Yast Modules. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
