The bug report is invalid because the python-ReportLab package
has no .pyc files included at all and it has also no files
included which are not readable by an ordinary user.
Run
rpm -qlv python-ReportLab
to check the files and its permissions which are included
in python-ReportLab.
Run
rpm -qi python-ReportLab | grep Distribution
to verify that you have our original python-ReportLab package
which is shown as "Distribution: openSUSE 11.1" and not
by accident another python-ReportLab package via
YaST/zypper/whatever-magic from whatever openSUSE
build service repository.
