That crt is capable of 1280x1024 resolution. On beginning the installion of openSUSE 11.1 ( same as in 10.3 and 11.0 ) I selected a resolution of 1024x768 with F3 (?), but the generated xorg.conf showed in Section "Monitor" an option "PreferredMode" "1280x1024". Could you solve that problem, so that the wanted resolution is set in xorg.conf, and not the maximum possible? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Every new installation of that OS. 2. 3.
