--- Comment #3 from Tamás Németh 2009-04-08 11:43:00 MDT ---
OK, I was able to start the domain, by copying out the kernel and the initrd,
and instructing xen to use these offline images, this way:
kernel="/64-vmlinuz-2.6.27.19-3.2-xen"
ramdisk="/64-initrd-2.6.27.19-3.2-xen"
root="/dev/xvda1"
Then I ran the updates of today on the domU. The updates include a kernel
update, and the update process resulted in a meaningless grub menu.lst again:
openSUSE111-64:~ # cat /boot/grub/menu.lst
# Modified by YaST2. Last modification on Wed Apr 8 19:32:11 CEST 2009

##YaST - generic_mbr
gfxmenu (hd0,0)/boot/message
##YaST - activate

Note that neither /boot/xen.gz nor /boot/*-2.6.27.19-3.2-xen do exist now. Why
do I get this menu.lst then?
