the configuration of eth1 is wrong. The interface is down at boot therefore
pppoe over that interface can't work:
Mar 16 18:36:48 LinuxServer ifup: eth1 Startmode is 'off'
Mar 16 18:36:56 LinuxServer pppd[3390]: error sending pppoe packet: Network is
down
I guess after calling YaST the interface is up and then pppd can work. Just
configure some private ip outside the networks you use for eth1 and things
start working. It might even be sufficient to set a start mode.
Also your log is flooded with martian source messages which indicates that eth1
is connected to some network. You should connect it to the dsl modem only.
