Ok, somehow I got my reader working for gpg2 using pcsc-lite:
scdaemon.conf:
debug-level guru
log-file /home/wolfi/.gnupg/scdaemon.log
disable-ccid
pcsc-driver /usr/lib64/libpcsclite.so
Still gnupg 2.0.9 fails as you can see in
http://lists.gnupg.org/pipermail/gnupg-users/2009-January/035530.html
