[Bug 470962] "zypper in --force" doesn't have the expected behavior

The fact is that we don't have force - we have reinstall :O) This is bug, indeed, but i would still close it as wontfix - meaning to-be-done-somewhere-in-the-far-future, just like Duncan says.
