https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=467636 Summary: Right-click popup appears under Gnome-menu if desktop effects enabled Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.1 Version: RC 2 Platform: i386 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.1 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Compiz AssignedTo: bnc-team-compiz@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: hendrik.maryns@uni-tuebingen.de QAContact: bperry@novell.com Found By: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; nl; rv:1.9.0.5) Gecko/2008121300 SUSE/3.0.5-2.5 Firefox/3.0.5 At first start of desktop effects, right-click popups appear below windows. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Enable desktop effects 2. Click on gnome-menu in panel, right-click on one of the programs 3. it gets unresponsive. 4. clicking on one which is near the border shows that the popup is *under* the gnome menu. Interestingly enough, this doesn’t happen now anymore, after I tried out and got the stuff from bug 463119. It seems like Compiz has to do another restart in order for the panel to work with it properly. Actual Results: unresponsive (left-clicking no longer works, keyboard doesn’t seem to work etc.) Expected Results: popup above menu. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
