-b does not appear to work on 11.1:

08:52 takeshi:~ > powersave -b
error: libhal_device_get_property_type: org.freedesktop.Hal.NoSuchProperty: No
property battery.remaining_time on device with id
/org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/acpi_BAT1
/usr/bin/powersave: line 35: / 60: syntax error: operand expected (error token
is "/ 60")
error: libhal_device_get_property_type: org.freedesktop.Hal.NoSuchProperty: No

powersave -T used to display the thermal information.

powersave -a also gives unexpected output (namely, the help text);

08:54 takeshi:~ > powersave -a

usage : hal-get-property --udi <udi> --key <key>
[--hex] [--help] [--verbose] [--version]

--udi Unique Device Id
--key Key of the property to get
--hex Show integer values in hex (without leading 0x)
--verbose Be verbose
--version Show version and exit
--help Show this information and exit

This program retrieves a property from a device. If the property exist
then it is printed on stdout and this program exits with exit code 0.
On error, the program exits with an exit code different from 0
