The problem as also described in Bug 389174:
in the yast-package-installer-gui wrong packages are selected for update. In
this case for installed exiv2-0.17.1 package the wrong package version 0.16.x
was suggested and choosed. I will also attach a screenshot again (also have for
bug 389174), what it looks like.
I have the newest available libzyp, satsolver and yast-pkg-qt installed.
The old version was:
