Sorry for being so long answering. Just installed opensuse 11.1 and wanted to
bake sure bug still exists. in answer to your questions:
1. boot system and manually start Kontact (no long starts automatically on
startup.) Wallet is not in the tray. default start for Kontact is with Kmail.
It then asks for wallet password. And goes and gets the mail. Wallet already
contains email accounts passwords. wallet stays in tray. set to go away when
last application uses it. When finished, exit Kontact and it does not ask for
password. Enter Kontact again, do nothing and exit and it asks for password.
Tried from the comand line:
Kmail:
starts, do nothing, exit asks for wallet password.
start again asks fro password on check mail, gets mail, does not ask on exit.
wallet was in tray whole tome.
Kaddressbook:
starts and does not ask for password, wallet is in tray. Exit does not ask for
password.
Korganizer:
starts does not ask for password, Exit does not ask for password. Wallet in
tray.
Appears to be kmail that has the exit problem. Let me know if this is what you
wanted and if I can help more.
KDE on 11.1 is 4.1.3 release 4.9
