expert partitioner: bad math while showing partition size

I am aware of the problem of decimal<->binary conversions, and about number
representation. BUT... I as a user create partition, I enter textual value,
40.00GB, after committing I expect to see 40.00GB in the list of partitions,
but I see 39.99. When I enter 40.01 I get 40.00.

I suspect that somebody does double conversion: from decimal textual
representation, to binary and then from binary to decimal again.
