Selecting this gives: KDEInit could not launch '/usr/bin/kfmclient'. Doing this in konqueror4 and selecting "open with konqueror/KDE3" works. Package kde4-konqueror is installed, but something deleted 2 of its files:
rpm -V kde4-konqueror missing /usr/bin/kfmclient missing /usr/bin/konqueror
Maybe they got renamed:
rpm -qf /usr/bin/kfmclient4 file /usr/bin/kfmclient4 is not owned by any package
