Anyway, I created a /etc/udev/rules.d/10-custom.rules with KERNEL=="ttyUSB*", ATTRS{product}=="[Hh]andspring*Treo*|[Hh]andspring*Visor*", SYMLINK+="pilot", MODE="0666" as it was in 10.3working well.
