OK, but that doesn't remove the confusion. As it stands, the Digital Clock is
using, by default, the local time zone (configured elsewhere) as a reference,
and it is displaying that time. But the dialog has the 'Use local timezone'
unchecked; so it is displaying the local time, but doesn't have it selected. I
find that confusing. As well, putting a check mark in that selection box says -
according to you - that it is no longer going to display your local time zone,
but the selection box says that it is. That adds to the confusion.
Maybe the option should be labeled 'Display in another timezone' or 'Select a
timezone', with the check mark in the selection box activating the ability to
select one of the listed time zones. Then it will be labeled according to its
real function, not the reverse of what its function is now.
