Adrian, Michael: it is cumbersome to always remember that one has to disable
all projects that use/link against a certain repository from building or
publishing.
would it make sense to make the buildservice not use the new packages when
publishing is disabled ?
E.g. in this case KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop was disabled from publishing.
KDE:KDE4:Community has a repository from this project and builds against it,
and therefore packages that do not work were synced to the outside.
another possibility would be to automatically disable publishing in those
repositories as well, if the base repository is disabled from publishing.
