I selected "Print via Network" did some chages in the "Print via Network" dialog selected "Share Printers" this results that the "Print via Network" dialog does its storeNetworkPrinting() which calls ApplyNetworkPrintingSettings() but this does not work correctly because something in the underlying YaST base system fails/crashes so that in this case the cupsd is not restarted and a "Failed to apply the settings to the system." error message is shown.
