https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=437179 Summary: ipv6 configuration didn't work well Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Final Platform: x86 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.0 Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: Network AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: buaawkl@gmail.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: Customer We can use ipv6 in my school's network, but must config it manually with the cmd below: #modprobe ipv6 #ip tunnel add sit1 mode sit remote 10.100.1.85 local 192.168.23.47 .. ..(some other commands) After I enter the second command, it returns: ioctl: No such device. I think there is no problem in my Ethernet or other hardware, because ipv6 work perfect in ubuntu 8.04 with the command above. And in Windows vista, I can use ipv6 just through one dos cmd : netsh int ipv6 isatap set router 10.100.1.85. Also, my friends' opensuse 11 face the same question. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
