Well, I have an Asus L5D that also doesn't want to resume from suspend to RAM
for an unknown reason. :-(
Hm, you can try to append "acpi_sleep=old_ordering" to the kernel command line
and see if that helps.
If that doesn't help, there is a chance that your BIOS corrupts memory during
resume, as described at http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11237 . If
I'm not mistaken, the patches discussed in there are going to be included in
the 2.6.28 kernel.
