https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=422346 Summary: Volume Applet Tooltip Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Minor Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME AssignedTo: bnc-team-gnome@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: tehmasp@gmail.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: Community User openSUSE 11/x86_64 Using Volume Applet 2.22.1. When increasing/decreasing the volume via the mouse wheel hover over the volume applet on my GNOME desktop, the tooltip which shows the current volume doesn't change or get updated when the volume is increased or decreased. E.g. The current volume is 88%, I hover my mouse over the volume applet and use my mouse wheel to increase the volume to 100%. Instead of showing me an updating volume percentage in the tooltip I still see 'Master: 88%' in the tooltip of the volume applet. Sometimes, the tooltip is updated, but most times if I wait till the tooltip pops up first to show me the current volume percentage and THEN I start changing the volume via my mouse scrollwheel the current volume percentage in the tooltip is not updated. Seems like event handlers are getting dropped or something with the code that handles updating the tooltip. Never had a problem or saw this in 10.3.
