I reached the website http://help.opensuse.org in the German Version. If i then click on the documentation link (Dokumentation) there is a link to the official documentation of the OpenSUSE Distribution (die offizielle Dokumentation der OpenSUSE Distribution) This link (http://www.novell.com/de-de/documentation/opensuse103/) is pointing to the 10.3 Documentation without a posssibility to choose a different version.
