which downloads lots of XML files and processes them, and I was running it the
other times my system decided to halt, so it seems to be the culprit. An
out-of-memory problem I guess ? The logs show nothing though:

so, the system halted at around 15:30 (from what I see in pidgin logs), and I
just rebooted it at 16:12. Is that 'powernow-k8: BIOS error - no PSB or ACPI
_PSS objects' related ?
