Okay, /var/tmp should not be cleared on booting. I moved /var/tmp to tmpfs
since I wanted to prevent any file hitting the unencrypted root partition.
I booted to run level 1 and then rebooted: There is always a message telling me
that unmounting /dev failed because it is busy. This happens before(!)
/dev/sda3 is unmounted. IMHO unmounting /dev cannot work if there is any device
file that is still mounted in /dev.
