Maybe, even though in my case it actually tried to load padlock-aes first and
didn't give up. What does 'grep -w aes /etc/modprobe.* /lib/modules/`uname
-r`/modules.*' print? On my machine, it says
/lib/modules/2.6.25.4-10-pae/modules.alias:alias aes padlock_aes
/lib/modules/2.6.25.4-10-pae/modules.alias:alias aes-asm aes_i586
