[Bug 393744] nv driver should provide option to override DFP panel dimension

When using DVI-D you can only use modes, which are supported by the card's BIOS. :-( Only option is to use VGA output here (possibly using an adapter). NVIDIA is developing the nv driver. We cannot fix it. :-( Please open a bugreport upstream (bugs.freedesktop.org, product: xorg, component: driver/nv(opensource)) for this issue.
