No, this has nothing to do with syslog-ng itself.
I think, this happened because the LOG_CONS flag is used in
the openlog() call of NetworkManager and it is still running
after the syslog daemon is already stopped.
Then the syslog() function writes directly to the console.
The messages begin with "<info>", right? Which messages are
written exactly?
You should be able to stop the console output using Ctrl-S
(Ctrl-Q enables it again).
In which order do the messages appear:
- Shutting down the NetworkManager
- Shutting down syslog services
- the <info> messages?
