I looked at the files and they are ok. I think that the problem is that
openSUSE make a mistake by choosing the pt language and says that is pt_BR. It
is verified by the word "ecrã" that remain in the installed grub. At the
installation, this is right. The above show the difference:

Boot Options
splash -- influence the behavior of the splash screen
[pt]
Opções de Arranque
splash -- influencia o comportamento do ecrã de splash
[pt_BR]
Opções de Boot
splash -- influenciar o comportamento da splash screen
During the instalation, the grub display the right translation, but, after the
system is instaled, the language is showed correctly (Portuguese (Brazil)) but
the help message (F1) is displayed in pt (from Portugal).
That's why I think this is a different bug.
