https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=389403 Summary: 2 desktops are overlapping icons with compiz-fusion Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Beta 2 Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.0 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE4 Workspace AssignedTo: kde-maintainers@suse.de ReportedBy: frankebay99@gmail.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: Beta-Customer - Installed 11.0 Beta 2 KDE4 64-bits - Installed nvidia 173.08 drivers - Installed compiz-fusion-kde.ymp from the factory XGL repo - Using the CUBE effect of compiz-fusion with transparency on the desktop These 4 steps resulted in 2 desktops (gnome and KDE4??) overlapping. We can clearly see different icons in the background aligned vertically on the left side. The icons aligned horizontally are KDE4's. Upon saving a png file on the desktop, the icon also shows on the background desktop and the image preview of that desktop even shows the preview icon of the image file. I have that behavior on all 4 sides (workspaces) of the CUBE. Expected behavior: the background desktop should not be there.
