Here you can change where the bootloader gets installed to.
AFAIK, "MBR" in this context means "MBR of the first hard disk". I am not sure
if this gets anything more explicit if there are multiple hard disks - I just
have one in that test machine.
But using the MBR of another disk might require support from the BIOS and/or
another bootloader (e.g., the Windows Vista bootloader in your example), and
that would make it no more useful than just installing grub in the /boot
partition of the newly installed Linux, so that choice would be not too useful
here.
