https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=382377 Summary: "Skip Autorefresh" not usable when connect() times out Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Beta 1 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: YaST2 AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: robin.knapp@fujitsu-siemens.com QAContact: jsrain@novell.com Found By: --- Starting up "yast2 -i" provides a nice way to skip auto refreshing of repositories. However, I just tested this from a network which is behind a proxy without having configured one. So the refresh-request for _each_ repository will run into a "connect() timeout" which will take some time, but all buttons in the dialogue are somehow blocked and cannot be pressed; so "skip autorefresh" cannot be used in this case. With a couple of repos, the whole process takes some minutes. It only works well if the repo-servers are available. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
