Hm, the user dialog has the focus set to user name entry, and the root dialog
for password entry (which is nice for users actually filling these values).
Both clients do not create the dialog, they are only creating the contents via
Wizard::SetContents. I think that when the first wizard dialog is created,
there should be `opt (`default) on the Next button.
(see that this is not only for root/user dialog, also for e.g. timezone.
Partitioning is doing this manually by setting the focus to the Next button,
but that should not be neccesary)
