OK,
it is possible that init scripts can't correctly comunicate with your HW or
your hw have some problem and reset system time when you turn laptop off.
Please, try to turn off your laptop and after period of time turn it on. Check
time in bios. When the time is bad then your bios reset the system time and it
is HW problem.
If the time in bios is OK, then boot the opensuse and check the time. If the
time is bad, it would be SW problem and then we can fix it.
For sure, try to set some time you like in bios and boot the system. If time
will be different it meands it's realy SW problem (for examle some init scripts
can't read time from your HW clock etc.)
