https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=376297 Summary: Add an autorun script to the CD/DVD Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Factory Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Basesystem AssignedTo: coolo@novell.com ReportedBy: vuntz@novell.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- Before alpha3, in GNOME, gnome-volume-manager was responsible for autorunning programs when a CD/DVD gets inserted. We had an openSUSE patch to check for setup.sh and run it as root and to check for media.1/patches to run a yast2 update. However, now, nautilus is responsible for autorunning programs. We could have ported the patch to nautilus, but it'd be better to use the fd.o autostart spec and have a small .autorun, autorun or autorun.sh script that would do all this. I've written such a script, attaching it. I'd like to have it go in skelcd-openSUSE. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
