My factory installation is on partition /dev/sdb5
I tried the proposed workaround by placing root=(hd1,4) in my grub
configuration, but even then I get the following message :
VFS : cannot open root device "(hd1,4)" or unknown-block(0,0)
Please append a coorrect "root=" boot options ; here are the available
partitions :
kernel panic- not syncing : vfs : unable to mount root fs or unknown-block(0,0)
Is there another possible workaround in order to be able to boot back into
factory ?
