After booting in failsafe mode I use SaX2 to setup my dual monitor xinerama displays. After logging in again all the desktop icons are on my primary monitor. If drag one to my second monitor it becomes invisible. While dragging it off the primary monitor the part that should be on the second monitor is not shown.
