Behavior accoarding to specification [info here 1] there should be java window which ask user if he trust this applet. If user accept applet is privileged and can acces local file for example. In Firefox this worsk without problem. Konqueror use appletviewer directly and it handle those request differently. In my case there is no window with question and request is denied imidietly. Applet is not loaded at all. Normal applet which do not require any privilage works as expected.
