Install bogofilter, disable spamassassin plugin in Edit/Plugins restart Evolution, then try qualifying messages as Junk / Not Junk by highlighting them and pressing the appropriate button. Checking with ls $HOME -A reveals, that the directory .bogofilter and the spam database wordlist.db is not created. Qualifying messages has to be done either manual ( bogofilter -n < good.message or bogofilter -s < spam.message ) or with the help of SpamTrainer which supports drag and drop. Actually I would expect the Junk / Not Junk buttons to serve that purpose.
