Thanks for the advice that a kernel and iwlwifi will correct this.
But I've try iwldrivers on my Dell precision m4300.
I've made some(s^10) test(s^10) with it against an ap (netgear wg102) with wpa,
fully open, and essid broacast with no probant result.
Never been connected.
Traditionnal method used. No Firewall loaded
