https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=344872 Summary: after resume from disk: "no more free evdev devices" , unreadable GNOME popup Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Final Platform: i686 OS/Version: openSUSE 10.3 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Kernel AssignedTo: kernel-maintainers@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: Ulrich.Windl@rz.uni-regensburg.de QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- When resuming from suspend to disk this morning, there was an unreadable GNOME popup at the lower right of the desktop. Clicking on the URL seems to indicate that the problem is related to hal. In syslog I found the messages "kernel: evdev: no more free evdev devices" and "kernel: input: failed to attach handler evdev to device input74, error: -23" (keyboard and mouse are USB devices). I'll attach a screen shot as well. So far I can use keyboard and mouse. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
