Steps to Reproduce: [plug] 1. add shpchp in /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist. 2. reboot OS. 3. execute "modprobe acpiphp". 4. plug a PCI-X or PCI-Express card in a slot. 5. activate power supply. [unplug] 1. shutdown OS. 2. plug a PCI-X or PCI-Express card in a slot. 3. boot OS. 4. deactivate power supply. Actual Results: [plug] The pluged device isn't add in the result "lspci". [unplug] The unpluged device isn't deleted from the result "lspci". Expected Results: [plug] The pluged device is add in the result "lspci". [unplug] The unpluged device is deleted from the result "lspci". Additional Information: This cause is to fail to scan PCI slots under nested P2P bridges.
