Sorry. The solution doesn't work for me. Here is the complete workflow for a
fresh installed x86-64 10.3 without changed udev rules after reboot:
option 1-2:1.0: GSM modem (1-port) converter detected
usb 1-2: GSM modem (1-port) converter now attached to ttyUSB0
usbcore: registered new interface driver option
drivers/usb/serial/option.c: USB Driver for GSM modems: v0.7.1
Uniform Multi-Platform E-IDE driver Revision: 7.00alpha2
