Firstly I have a Fujitsu Stylistic 4110 it uses a i830 graphics card.
To fix the detection of the current rotation, I've changed the line
CUR="$(xrandr -q --verbose|grep LVDS|grep -o '[)][ ][a-z]\+'|grep -o
'[a-z]\+')"
to
CUR="$(xrandr -q --verbose|grep 0x53|grep -o '[)][ ][a-z]\+'|grep -o
'[a-z]\+')"
I have no other output, and this wasn't doing anything, even after I changed
LVDS to 0x53, so I changed the lines
xrandr --output LVDS --rotate right --output VGA --off
to
xrandr -o right
and so on for all the others, and you detected the device name wasn't working
correctly, so I removed that and changed
xsetwacom set $STYLUS Rotate CW
to
xsetwacom set Mouse[3] Rotate CW
It kinda works, except the root desktop window doesn't resize still. So I have
a 1024x768 desktop trying to fit into a 768x1024 view.
I think I'll nuke my old xorg.conf, and start from scratch, and try your script
again.
