Takashi,
I retested this bug by taking out rcalsasound restart from
/etc/init.d/boot.local
This is the message that appears at boot time:
ALSA sound/pci/hda/hda_codec.c:1802: hda_codec: model '3stack' is selected
So yes, the 3stack model message is appearing at boot.
However, the rebooted system is not working without an rcalsasound restart.
Upon bootup, I heard the speakers "pop" as the card was initialized. However,
upon going into KDE, there was no sound. I attempted to play a file in Amarok,
but there was no sound. I then ran the command rcalsasound restart and again
tried to play the same file and this time there was sound.
I have attached the dmesg outputs for both my initial boot, and immediately
after I manually ran the rcalsasound restart command.
Hope this helps. Bear with me, it is my first bug report. ;)
