https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=309345 Summary: /opt/gnome/bin path hardcoded in intlclock Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Beta 2 Platform: i686 OS/Version: openSUSE 10.3 Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME AssignedTo: bnc-team-gnome@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: cgaisford@novell.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: Development The intlclock-ui.c file has a hard coded path to call into the yast2 time module for setting preferences. Line 1935 has the code: gchar *tool = "/opt/gnome/bin/gnomesu /sbin/yast2 timezone"; Although the gconf schema references the ability to override this using the key /apps/intlclock_applet/prefs/config_tool, there is no code to reference that gconf setting in the code. We should create a configure option like gnome_panel has to set the time config tool. gnome-panel uses an option named: --with-clock-time-utility -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
