During installation updated the system with all updates except some for Intel only something that does not apply to my HW. System is Gigabyte MB with 690G and SB600 chipset. Video on board ATI X1250, using analog monitor. SATA HD and DVD/CD. HD has 4 primary partitions. openSUSE 10.3 Beta3 is on sda2. sda1 is future for windows, sda3 has Freespire 2.0, sda4 is NTFS for data storage. Note there is no swap partition. RAM is 4GB. When click on standby a small window with error message (to be provided later, but something like "error") opens.
