[Bug 273791] KNetworkmanager is not started when the session is restored

I just tried something different in 10.3 beta 2.
I did not check whether the checkbox was ticked before I edited the rc-file but
knetworkmanager in 10.3 has a setting to autostart it when logging in. So I
checked it and it did not do anything to the rc-file. Yet after logging out and
back in, I got the following changes:
Before:
[General]
Autostart=no
Version=0.2
After:
[General]
Autostart=true
Version=0.2
[Notification Messages]
systemtrayquitKNetworkManager=true
Before I edited the rc-file it was: "yes" and not "true". That might not mean
anything, I just noticed it.
