I do not see what I could do here.
If YaST2 tells the user that no hard drive is accessible and the user
nevertheless assumes he can successfully install I do not see what could be
done (forcing abort in such a case would not be wise since it would make
installation for other corner cases impossible, where the user could
manually do something to make drives accessible).
I would not rework the complete installation workflow to optimize for such a
corner case, but in the end this is not my decision anyway.
